A Golden Anniversary

To their surprise, their marriage vows were renewed on April 30 at Richard and Linda Chiasson's home with Mr. L.J. Frickey officiating. The event was witnessed by family, friends and all their living brothers and sisters. Three of the persons in attendance at the ceremony were part of the original wedding party. The party was given by their children, daughter-in-laws, son-in-law, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Those family members in attendance were Paul, Rachelle and Madison Johnson, Mitchell, Brandy and Michelle Folse, Richard and Linda Chiasson, Andrew, April, Brandt and Kailen Dufrene. Alice Mae and Hemes would like to extend their sincere thanks to all who attended and helped in any way to make their anniversary such a special occasion.

Police dog sniffs out suspected burglar - 1174 views
With the assistance of a K-9 officer, police were able to track down a 23-year-old man who reportedly stole items from a car and broke into a house early Friday morning.
