Naquin
Cynthia Gros Naquin, 58, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Des Allemands, died after a valiant fight with cancer on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008.
Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Dec. 15 at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Stanford J. Naquin; four sons, Blaine, Blake, Barrett and Brady; three daughters-in-law, Natalie, Mary and Brook Naquin; five siblings, Wayne, Ricky, Timmy, Chris and Julie G. Ellis; five half-brothers and half-sister, Bobby, Jerry, Billy, Daryl Gros and Sherry Gros; five grandchildren; and numerous relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Whitney J. Gros Jr. and Shirley Aucoin; and two sisters, Peggy Gros and Susan G. Peltier. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
