Arrests
•Jerard Issac, 24, of 210 E. Club Dr. was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and as a fugitive of the Kenner and St. John police departments.

•John Oubre, 49, of 431 Giacomo St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 13 and charged with possession of crack cocaine, suspended driver’s license, failure to signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a St. Charles Sheriff’s Office attachment.

•Bobby R. Jackson, 37, of 2580 Iroquois St. in Baton Rouge was arrested on Dec. 12 and charged with possession of robaxin, no driver’s license and following too close.

•Devalance J. Harris, 28, of 182 W. 2nd St. in LaPlace was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with false representation of a controlled substance, loud music violation and on a St. Charles Sheriff’s Office attachment.

•Angela Lindsey, 38, of 10 West B St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine (5 counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, principal to distribution of crack cocaine (2 counts), possession of hydrocodone, distribution of alprazolam and distribution of oxycodone.

•Rodney Payne, 48, of 425 St. Charles St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•Stacy Goodall, 41, of 909 East Lawson St. was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•Jason Anderson, 28, of Hackberry St. in Luling was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•Matthew Anderson, 22, of 40 Barreca St. was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with principal to distribute marijuana, illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of juveniles, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Kendrick Anderson, 35, of 1350 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•James Barton, 35, of 817 Second St. was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of marijuana and illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of juveniles.

•Louis Boyd, 53, of 736 Easy St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine (3 counts).

•Gregory Brown, 49, of 154 Diamond St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•Paul Carmouche, 45, of 30 Mary St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•John Dufour, 42, of 34 West B St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with possession of marijuana.

•Roger Hamilton, 18, of 16620 Highway 90 in Des Allemands was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with possession of MDMA, ecstasy.

•Kyron Hill, 21, of 358 Alexander St. in Boutte was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with attempted distribution of crack cocaine and theft under $300.

•Kendell John, 26, of 19B Brandon Hall was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•Darnell Johnson, 22, of 504 Paul Maillard Rd. in Luling was arrested on Dec.16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•Paula Lopez, 34, of 324 St. Charles St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of hydrocodone and carisoprodol.

•Verbisee Maquire, 74, was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of oxycodone and illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of juveniles.

•Christopher Majors, 25, of 237 Goodchildren St. in Boutte was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest by flight.

•Donald Myles, 30, of 738 Easy St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•Blaine J. Hymel, Jr., 26, of 414 Barreca St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and failure to register a pit bull.

•Arnold Silvestri Jr., 22, of 47 West B St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with distribution of oxycodone, crack cocaine (3 counts) and heroin.
