High school students selected for district honor band

They are : Flute - Andrew Sandoz, Franziska Wagner; Clarinet: Megan Gonzales, Elizabeth Suss. Bass Clarinet - Trevell Alexander, Philip Petit. Contra-Bass Clarinet - Brock Barlow. Trumpet - Paul Hymel, Allie Petit, Lauryn DesChamps. French Horn - Daniel Terrebonne, Nathan Aupied. Trombone - Caleb Lampert. Percussion - Michael Bell, Matthew Petit, Carissa Marston and Jared Bosco.
Caleb Lampert and Trevell Alexander were also selected to participate in the 2008 All-State Symphonic Band, and Paul Hymel was selected to participate in the 2008 All-State Concert Band. They will perform at a concert in November in Baton Rouge.
