Spicy Jambalaya Festival this weekend
The Jambalaya Festival Association would like to invite everyone to the Jambalaya Festival on May 25-28 on Irma Blvd., in Gonzales.
The JFA is a non-profit organization that volunteers its time to raising money to benefit charities, non-profit, and civic organizations. The festival has been the signature of the Louisiana tradition of cooking Jambalaya. Attractions include Champion of Champions Contest, Air-Conditioned dining area, 1 mile & 5K fun run/walk, car show, carnival, World Champion Contest, food and drinks, Mini Pot Cooking Contest and live music.
