Dufresne - Landry Engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Olivier "Jun" Dufresne of Wallace announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Marie Dufresne to Michael Paul Landry of Luling, son of Ms. Suzanne Boudreaux Landry of Luling, and Mr. Lloyd Landry III of Thibodaux.

Elizabeth is the granddaughter of the late Donald and Marjorie Hymel of Vacherie and the late Olivier and Bernice Dufresne of Wallace. She is a graduate of St. Charles Catholic High School in LaPlace and Nicholls State University in Thibodaux. She is currently employed by St. James Parish School Board.

Michael is the grandson of the late Luke and Dorothy Boudreaux of New Orleans and the late Lloyd Jr. and Fay Landry of Luling. He is a graduate of Hahnville High School and is currently employed by Monsanto in Luling.

The wedding will be solemnized in October 2008 at St. Philip Catholic Church in Vacherie, with a reception at the home of the bride’s parents.

Following a honeymoon to Antigua the couple will reside in Wallace.
