Archbishop visits St. Charles EOC
New Orleans Archbishop Alfred Hughes, center, toured the St. Charles Parish Emergency Operations Center last weekend.

The trip was the seventh in the archbishop’s tour of Emergency Operations Centers around Southeastern Louisiana.

Hughes offered a blessing of the EOC and its workers.

With him are Parish President V.J. St. Pierre Jr., left, and EOC Director Tab Troxler, right.
