•Ruben J. Guillon, 51, of 231 St. Charles St. in Norco was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with looting during Hurricane Gustav.
•Wandra Frost, 26, of 531 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose was arrested on Aug. 29 and charged with aggravated rape and on a St. Charles Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Lance K. Martin, 31, of 704 Carnation Court in LaPlace was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with violating curfew during a state of emergency, possession of marijuana and driving under suspension.
•Gregory M. Dixon, 21, of 35 Parlange Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with illegal carrying of weapons, possession of marijuana, prohibited acts during a state of emergency and not using headlights when required.
•Kedric Berry, 39, of 336 Riverpoint Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with cruelty to animals.
•Danny S. Weber, 31, of 24862 Heritage Dr. in Denham Springs was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with sexual battery and attempted aggravated rape.
•Jonathan W. Belou, 20, of 1410 Dauphine St. in New Orleans was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, and violating curfew during a state of emergency and speeding.
•Cody T. Jackson, 22, of 615 Greenbriar Rd. in Lafayette was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, and violating curfew during a state of emergency.
•Thomas Mclain, 52, of 25 Melrose Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Beach McDaniel III, 56, of 21 Patricia Court in Luling was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with DWI, curfew violation, careless operation of a vehicle and open alcoholic container in vehicle.
•Richard Hubbard, 28, of 200 Lorraine St. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 3 and charged with DWI, curfew violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, no tail lights and expired motor vehicle insurance.
•Robert Fisher, 45, of 307 Julius Ave. in LaPlace was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and open container.
•Stanley Ducote, 54, of 6400 Leslie St. in Metairie was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with DWI and open container.
•Dashone Brown, 24, of 539 S. Kinler St. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with second degree battery.

•Assorted jewelry, a DVD player and assorted clothing, valued at $3,875, were stolen from 1243 Paul Frederick St. in Luling on Sept. 4.
•A 9mm semi-automatic handgun, valued at $250, was stolen from 122 Janet Dr. in St. Rose on Sept. 4.
•A window air conditioner unit, a computer printer, a rake, a coffee canister, a leaf blower, a garden fogger, margarita mix, a kitchen knife and a cassette stereo with speakers, valued at $1,008, were stolen from 13786 River Rd. in Destrehan on Sept. 4. All items except for the the air conditioner were recovered from an abandoned cart near the residence.
