Arrests
•Nicholas P. Banta, 30, of 3531 46th St. in Metairie was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with simple burglary.

•Kenneth J. Delaune, 33, of 204 E. Urqhart St. in Chalmette was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with stalking, cyber-stalking and defamation.

•Hilda Green, 43, of 14284 LA 631 in Paradis was arrested on Aug. 10 and charged with possession of stolen auto.

•Justin P. Rebowe, 22, of 22 Chuckwagon Lane in St. Rose was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Charles Robertson, 38, of 123 Gassen St. in Luling was arrested on Aug. 10 and charged with DWI, no driver’s license and careless operation.

•Angel Velazquez-Berrios, 32, of 2021 Newton St. in Gretna was arrested on Aug. 9 and charged with DWI.

•Dale R. Young, 48, of 2564 Pearson Rd. in Richland, Miss. was arrested on Aug. 10 and charged with DWI, careless operation and open container.

•Five juveniles were arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with simple burglary.

•Chad Falcone, 28, of 29987 Mulberry in Albany was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with possession of a legend drug, possession of a controlled substance, careless operation, expired driver’s license and illegal display of license plate.

•Desmond D. Walker, 34, of 373 Smith St. Apt. A in Hahnville was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with theft of goods, reckless operation, resisting arrest by flight, suspended driver’s license, expired license plate and seatbelt violation.
