•Kyron A. Hill, 20, of 358 Alexander St. in Boutte was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with aggravated burglary and simple possession of marijuana.
•Clifton J. Soley, III, 19, of 15562 LA 18 in Hahnville was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
•Male, 29, (name withheld to protect victim) was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with aggravated rape.
•Anita M. Larousse, 49, of 121 Lussan in Luling was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Chris Larousse, 27, of 428 Sharon Ave. in Boutte was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with possession of stolen auto over $500, speeding and no brake lights.
•Shane W. Salathe, 28, of 504 Solidelle St. in Chalmette was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driver’s license not on person and stop sign and no turn signal.
•Elton O. Washington, 46, of 349 King St. in Hahnville was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and cruelty to a juvenile.
•Kenneth Johnson, 39, of 108 St. John St. in Luling was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, open container and passing in a no pass zone.
•Charlie G. Soto, 43, of 319 7th St. in Bridge City was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Frank J. Stouder, 20, of 65 Elmwood Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with DWI, hit & run and reckless operation.
•A rim and tire, valued at $100, was stolen from 430 Marino St. in Norco on Feb. 25.
•A gold chain with cross, valued at $170, was stolen from 17905 LA 18 in Killona was arrested on Feb. 23.
•A laptop, an equalizer, an amplifier, two speakers, a computer firewire, a microphone and two headphones, valued at $2,700, was stolen from 18164 River Rd. in Montz on Feb. 24.
•An AM/FM CD stereo, two speakers and amplifier, valued at $2,660, were stolen from 127 Franklin St. in Luling on Feb. 23.

St. Charles Parish experienced the only decline in home prices in the New Orleans Metro area in the first half of 2014 as compared to 2013, according to the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
