Kelly Clifton Carroll passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007 at River Region Hospice.

Survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Dorothy Morris Kelly. He was born March 16, 1919 in Okolona, Ark. The son of the late Maudie and Dexter Kelly. The loving father of three sons, Tommy Kelly, deceased, Steve Kelly and Wayne Kelly. Also survived by daughter-in-law, Debrah Kelly and Kathleen Wilkins. One grandson Brandon Kelly and wife Jennie.

Survived by one sister, Sue Morehead of Southaven, MS, one brother John Kelly, deceased, and several nieces and nephews. Clifton was a veteran of World War II, having served 37 months and 16 days in the South Pacific. A native of Okolona, Ark and a resident of Luling since 1954. He retired from Monsanto in July 1981.

Relatives and friends were invited to attend Religious Services at Luling Methodist Church on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007 at 10 a.m. Visitation began  at 8 a.m. with burial at St. Charles Cemetery. Falgout Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
