Amedee
Barbara Stroh Amedee, age 66, died at St. Charles Parish Hospital on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008.
A native of El Centro, Calif. and a resident of Luling, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Amedee; her daughter, Stacie Lynn Amedee; her sons, Steven C. Amedee, wife, Danielle, and Kelly J. Amedee, wife Teri; Her grandchildren, Jordan, Brock, Bryce, Nicole and Rachel Amedee; her sister, Mary S. Holbrook, husband, John; and her brother, Darryl Stroh, wife, Judy.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Max and Kathryn Steele Stroh. Relatives and friends were invited to attend a memorial service at the First Baptist Church of Kenner on Friday, Jan. 11, 2008 at 2 p.m. Visitation was from 1 p.m. to time of service.
