St. Pierre apologizes for comments

Parish President-elect V.J. St. Pierre has issued a statement apologizing for the jokes he told at Albert Laque's retirement party.

"I was asked to add a little humor during my presentation at Albert Laque's retirement celebration," St. Pierre said. "The jokes I chose to tell were not appropriate and I regret using them in my speech. This was a mistake and I apologize."
