St. Charles Parish, President-elect, V. J. St. Pierre names the following men and women to make up his administration:

Legal Counsel:  Sonny Vial  -  Local lawyer with extensive legal experience.

Executive Secretary: Anedra Coleman  -  Experience in Performance Auditing and Nursing, a Bachelor of Science, Masters of Public Administration and an Associate of Science in Nursing.

Internal Affairs: John Rook  -  Retired FBI Trainer with St. Charles Sheriff’s Office experience.

Risk Management/Safety: Monique Granier
Chief Operating Officer: John “Rusty” Walker  -  Retired from St. Charles Parish Public Schools.
 
Public Works/Wastewater: Sam Scholle  -  30+ years as a Maintenance and Engineer Manager for Chemtura Corporation.

Wastewater: Sammy Accardo

Waterworks: Robert Brou

Parks and Recreation: Duane Foret  -  Years of management experience for River Birch Landfill, Allied Waste Industries, Coastal Waste Services and Waste Management.
 
Chief Financial Officer: Lorrie Toups, CPA
Purchasing: Bobby Donaldson  -  Retired from 32 years at Shell.

Grants: Holly Fonseca  -  Accounting and grants experience working for Monsanto, Cytec and St. Charles Parish.
 
Chief Administrative Officer: Tim Vial
Personnel Officer: Sandy Zimmer

Community Services: Maurya Glaude  -  No information provided.

Retired Senior Volunteer Program: Fay Caire

Workforce Investment Act: Sharon Simpkins
