Roy B. Dunn, Sr. passed away on Dec. 13 at 3:17 p.m. Age 72. Native of Raceland and resident of Des Allemands.

Survived by his wife of 54 years, Marjoie F. Dunn. Sons John “Roscoe” Dunn and wife Judy, Errol Dunn and wife Charity. Daughters Debra R. Horn, Cheryl D. Clements, Brenda D. Adams and husband Patrick. Brothers Jessie Dunn and John E. “T-John” Dunn. Sisters Katherine “Katie” Folse, Mayola Daigle and Loranie Horn.

Preceded in death by his parents Michael J. and Orelia Bourgeois Dunn. Son Roy “Lil Roy” Dunn Jr. His brothers Armand “Sun” Dunn and James Frank Dunn. Sisters Alethis “Alita” Boudoin and Lydia Dufrene. Visitation was on Thursday, Dec. 20 at St. John the Bapitst Catholic Church in Paradis.
