NATURAL TALENT. Alissa Cavaretta, the 12-year-old daughter of Frank and Tina Acosta Cavaretta of Luling, killed her first buck of the season.

Hunting with her grandfather and her father in San Angelo, Texas, she got a 14-point, non-typical deer with double drop tines on Saturday, Nov. 17.
