On Monday, Nov. 19, 2007 at 11:05 p.m. in Luling, at her late residence, Gertrude (Trudy) Sandra Brou, beloved wife of the late Maurice Joseph Brou.

Loving mother of Mary and husband, Daniel Tregle, Lisa Haley and friend, Richard Verdin and Nicole and husband, Silas Poteet. Sister of Sylvia Provost and the late Leslie Parr. Devoted daughter of the late Abel and Dorothy Dacou Parr.

Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Aged 69 years. A native of New Orelans, LA and resident of Luling, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of St. Charles Parish Sheriff's office were invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Angus Drive, Luling, LA on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007 at 11 a.m. Followed by interment in St. Charles Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to Odessy House, New Orleans, preferred.
