Arrests
•Scott H. Whittington, 42, of 311 Ormond Village in Destrehan was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with aggravated assault.
•Jordan Simmons, 19, of 16415 LA 631 in Des Allemands was arrested on Nov. 26 and charged with two counts possession of fighting dogs, six counts of cruelty to animals and four counts of pit bull registration.
•Felton Wells Jr., 30, of 3015 Acorn St. in Kenner on Nov. 15 and charged with theft of goods over $500.
•Juvenile, 15, female of Paradis was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with three counts of aggravated rape and five counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
Theft
•A semi-automatic pistol and a gun holster, valued at $400, from 21 West B St. in Norco on Nov. 26.
•10 Red Tail Boas and $700 in U.S. currency was stolen from 13322 U.S. 90 in Boutte on Nov. 26.
•Two cellular phones, valued at $300, was stolen from 428 Ellen St. in Ama on Nov. 26.
