Arrests
•Patrick D. Bulter, 31, of 1220 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested on Nov. 8 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, on a St. Charles Sheriff’s Office attachment and as a Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office fugitive.
•Qiana J. Smith, 29, of 1220 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested on Nov. 8 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of hydrocodone and possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
•Christopher M. Barthel, 45, of 1016 First St. Lot 9 in Norco was arrested on Nov. 7 and charged with aggravated battery and as a Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office fugitive.
•Jabada R. Henry, 32, of 1222 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested and charged with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
•Chrysanthemum Anderson, 28, of 1222 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested on Nov. 8 and charged with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
•Donald J. Young III, 27, of 3722 LA Highway 1 Lot 19 in Raceland was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.
•Jason Perret, 33, of 177 Gordon St. Apt. A in Destrehan was arrested on Nov. 11 and charged with aggravated battery and as a Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office fugitive.
DWI
•William A. Pinkston, 34, of 2508 Prichard Rd. in Marrerro was arrested on Nov. 8 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Nicholas J. Melancon, 26, of 945 Avenue A in Westwego was arrested and charged with DWI, reckless operation and possession of marijuana.
•Baron J. Perkins, 44, of 498 Vine St. in Westwego was arrested on Nov. 11 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and flight from officer.
Theft
•A pirogue, valued at $100, was stolen from 200 Mary St. in Norco.
•A radar detector, a GPS, an iPOD and flash light. valued at $540, was stolen from 433 Giacomo St. in Norco.
•A John Deere Rotary Cutter and a John Deere 300 Loader, valued at $4500, were stolen from 481 Sugarland Parkway in Luling on Nov. 11.
•An outboard, valued at $1500, was stolen from 10057 U.S. 61 in St. Rose on Nov. 12.
•A 2002 Chevy Tahoe, valued at $15,000, was stolen from 243 Johnson St. in Ama on Nov. 5.
•Assorted school supplies, valued at $208, were stolen from 1057 Paul Maillard Rd. in Luling on Nov. 5.
•A 14 ft. pirogue, valued $300, was stolen in Norco.
•Assorted tools, a tool bag, a wheeled utility bag and a portable printer were stolen from 71 Ormond Place in Destrehan on Nov. 13.
•A 36” television, a DVD, a computer, a printer, a monitor and digital camera, valued at $2400, were stolen from 510 Louisiana St. in Paradis on Nov 13.
•A CD/radio player, value $200, was stolen from 9 Storehouse lane in Destrehan Nov. 13.
•A DVD player, valued at $200, was stolen from 1128 Paul Maillard in Luling on Nov. 13.
•A 2004 Freightliner, value dat $20,000, was stolen from 101 Delta Dr. in St. Rose.
•A 4 X 4 transfer case, valued at $100, was stolen from 328 LA 626 in St. Rose on Nov. 8.
