Roasted & Seasoned Turkey Breast
Try something new this Thanksgiving - whip up a new dish with a super delicious
holiday recipe.

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon herb chicken seasoning

1/2 teaspoon rosemary garlic

seasoning blend

1/2 teaspoon rotisserie chicken

seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 3-pound boneless turkey breast,

skin on

Method:

Preheat oven to 325°F. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey; blend well.

Rub seasoning evenly over both sides of turkey breast.

Place turkey breast, skin side up, on ungreased pan. Roast 90 minutes or to internal temperature of 180oF.

Remove from oven. Tent loosely with foil and let stand at least 10 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with winter vegetables and cranberry sauce.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
