Arrests
•Teonka L. Duncan, 23, of 1101 Kinler St. in Luling was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with aggravated 2nd degree battery and as a fugitive of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office.

•Brandy M. Harris, 20, of 200 Sunset Ct. in Hahnville was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with aggravated battery.

Theft
•A utility trailer and assorted tools were stolen from 816 Milling Ave. in Luling on Oct. 31.

•A marine battery, valued at $189, was stolen from 13145 Highway 90 in Boutte on Oct. 31.
•Three guns, valued at $750, were stolen from 3729 Ashton Dr. in Destrehan on Oct. 30.

•Assorted jewelry and $100 in U.S. currency, together valued at $700, was stolen from 378 Lilly St. in Boutte on Oct. 30.

•A lawn mower, valued at $280 was stolen from 200 Browning Dr. in Luling on Oct .29.

•A cell phone, valued at $270, was stolen from 200 Tiger Dr. in Boutte on Oct. 29.
