Christmas parade needs participants

NORCO - The Norco Christmas parade is looking for participants as it celebrates “Christmas through the years - celebrating the St. Charles Parish Bicentennial.”

The Norco Civic Association is looking for floats, bands, marching groups, horse groups and antique cars as it ushers in the Christmas season for the River Parishes.
