Now that Katrina is over in St. Charles Parish, let's get on with the necessities. Fourth Street and Milling Street are but two of the streets in Old Luling that are in terrible condition.
The railroad crossing at Paul Maillard is so bad every time I cross there my head shakes like a bobble-head doll and my kidneys swap sides.
Davis Water Diversion: With so much being said about the Corps of Engineers, why wasn't the levee built back to the same thickness as the original levee and to be the same as the other levee in the area? Let's get moving!
Why don't the garbage people close the garbage containers after they empty them? The rain fills them and they become difficult to move. One wave of the arm will close them.
