Arrests

•Michael Sensat, 47, of 172 Annex St. in Destrehan was arrested on Aug. 1 and charged with two counts aggravated battery and aggravated assault.

•Marvin Brown, 41, of 1681 James St. in Hattiesburg, Miss. was arrested on Aug. 2 and charged with theft over $500.

•Tamira M. Durand, 25, of 5061 LA 3127 in Killona was arrested on Aug. 2 and charged with second degree battery.

•Garret Dunmiles, 43, of 170 Smith St. Lot 1 in Hahnville was arrested on July 27 and charged with aggravated assault.

•Joseph A. Spunizo, 33, of 209 W. Loyola Dr. in Kenner was arreseted on July 27 and charged with simple burglary.

•Joanna M. Daray, 24, of 115 Fashion Blvd. in Hahnville was arrested on July 24 and charged with unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling.

•Charles M. Marusak, 39, of 402 Therese St. in St. Martinville was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

•Bruce A. Eugene, 35, of 194 Tower Lane in Montz was arrested on Aug. 3 and charged with possession ofcrack cocaine and marijuana.

•Vincent E. Brumfield, 45, of 194 Tower Lane in Montz was arrested on Aug. 3 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Kisha C. Harris, 23, of 194 Tower Lane in Montz was arrested on Aug. 3 and charged with marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Steven C. Ferraro, 38, of 187 Melonie Dr. in Boutte was arrested on Aug. 7 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, no turn signals, possession of a schedule two and a schedule three controlled dangerous substance.

•A weed eater and a blower, valued at $700, were stolen from 14695 U.S. 61 in New Sarpy on July 31.

•A 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche was stolen from 121 Lakewood Dr. in Luling on Aug. 1.

•A women’s bicycle, valued at $153, was stolen from 604 Sugarhouse Rd. in Luling on Aug. 1.

•Two yard ornaments, valued at $140, were stolen from 111 Asphodel Dr. in Luling on Aug. 1.

•A 2004 Nissan Altima, valued at $10,000, was stolen from 2237 LA 52 in Boutte on Aug. 3.

•A vehicle tire, valued at $400, 10446 River Rd. in St. Rose on Aug. 3.

•A Roll of Tyvec, valued at $175, was stolen from 48 Brandon Hall on Aug. 3.

•Two yard ornaments, valued $140, was stolen from 111 Asphodel Dr. in Luling on Aug. 3.

•A CD/car stereo and an amplifier, valued at $210, was stolen out of a vehicle from 304 River Ridge Dr. in Boutte on Aug. 5.

•A 2004 Dodge Stratus, valued at $10,000, was stolen from 116 Gassen St. in Luling on Aug. 6.

•David C. Page, 47, of 501 Paul Maillard Rd. was arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with DWI.

•Byron K. Johnston, 47, of 4309 Harmony Community Rd. in Carthage, Miss. was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, driving against traffic and open container.
