Congratulations to Sergeant Paul Finn, a resident of St. Charles Parish, and a 15 year veteran of the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, and his canine companion for receiving top honors at the council meeting Monday, August 6.

Finn and his canine partner “Boefy” , a nine year old Belgian Malinois have worked with the U.S. Marshals Crescent Star Fugitive Task Force in the Eastern District of Louisiana since 2003, together they form an integral part of the Marshall’s Service Fugitive Task Force and has exhibited leadership and dedication that is matched by few. Both received tops honors at an award ceremony held in Washington, DC.
