St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating whether initials spray painted in black at the Luling post office is the result of juvenile vandalism.

Postal workers discovered the black spray painted initials KOS on two walls, some mail boxes and the floor on the morning of July 17.

“We’re not sure yet what the initials stand for - if anything at all,” Sheriff Greg Champagne, told the Herald-Guide.

“We are investigating, right now it just appears to be the work of juveniles, bored with nothing else better to do.”
Anyone with information regarding the incident can contact the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office 985-783-6237.
