Luling man robbed at gunpoint

A 67 year old Luling man was robbed at gunpoint while working on his building (the old Jem Auto) on July 7.

The victim heard a noise behind him and when he turned around, he discovered two unknown black males, with one of them holding a semi-automatic handgun.

The suspect holding the gun demanded the victim give up his money. The victim complied at which time the suspects fled the scene.

This incident is under investigation. Anyone having any information is aked to contact the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office at 985-783-6807.
