Ethel Comardelle Hotard passed away on Friday, June 8 at 10:18 a.m. in Houma. Beloved wife of the late Wages “Black” Hotard. Mother of Barry J. Hotard and his wife Wendy, Sherry H. Folse and her husband Jody. Daughter of the late Lawrence Comardelle, Sr. and Josephine Adams Comardelle. Sister of Charles, Lawrence, Jr., Thomas, Randy, Timothy Comardelle and Peggy C. Matherne. Grandmother of Kayla Folse, Krissi F. Brown and Ryan Brown. Great grandmother of Keali Brown. A native and resident of Des Allemands, age 70 years and she was a member of St. Gertrude Ladies Altar Society. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands on Monday, June 11 at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Gertrude Cemetery. Visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time on Monday at St. Gertrude Catholic Church. Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
William “Dave” Timmons
William “Dave” Timmons passed away on Wednesday, June 6 at Orlando, Fl. Beloved husband of Suzanne Gautreaux Timmons. Father of Bill Timmons and his wife Karin Sandstrand and Jeremy Timmons. Son of Preston Timmons and his step- mother Dorothy; Lula Mae Cossler and his step-father, Chuck. Brother of Danny Timmons, Ray Timmons, Helen Gilbert, Marie Cullen, and Carolyn Montgomery. Also survived by 6 step sisters. A native of Paducah, KY and a resident in Hahnville. Age 57. He retired from the Union Carbide/ Dow Chemical as a Technical Advisor after 32 years service. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
