•Princess Performance Camp: for 6 to 8 years of age on Monday through Friday from June 18 to June 29 from 9:30 am to noon. This program is a special program for the young student.

The day begins with a dance class which may include ballet barre, ballet center work, character dance steps, and flexibility.

Activities are included to help improve musical skills. The children study a famous ballet by watching a video and learning choreography inspired by the ballet.

In order to understand the many facets of dance an entirely different style of choreography is also learned.
To complete the experience, the dancers design and make costume accessories, paint scenery and perform the entire production for their dearest fans.

•Performance Camp: for 9 to 13 years of age Monday through Friday June 18 through June 29 from noon to 4 p.m.
This program is a comprehensive program designed to introduce all aspects of a performance to young dancers.
Students begin every day with a ballet class followed by either character dance or a study session stressing music theory for dancers, ballet terminology and general theatre information.

A famous ballet is studied by learning it’s history, story and watching a video. The choreography from this ballet is the focal point of the in-studio performance which also includes dance pieces in the lyrical style and musical theatre genre.

To make the production all theirs, the dancers create costume accessories, paint scenery and learn to apply their own stage make-up.

•Summer Classes: ages 8 to adult from June 18 to July 13
This is s four week session of classical ballet classes including pointe work for ages 8 and older accommodating various levels of expertise.

An excellent stand alone program or addition to performance camp, to stay in shape and enhance ballet technique over the summer.
