Hahnville hosts Don Raymond Relays
On March 17, high schools from around the region will descend on Hahnville High School for the Don Raymond Relays. Beginning at 3 p.m., girls and boys will be participating in the track and field event. Throwing events, such as discus and javelin, and field events, such as long jump, start at 3 p.m., with running events beginning at 5 p.m.
For the boys, West St. John, East St. John, Destrehan, Edna Carr, Xavier Prep and Hahnville are invited. For the girls, Xavier Prep, East St. John, Immaculata, West Jefferson, West St. John, Cabrini, Archbishop Blenk, Edna Carr, Destrehan and Hahnville are invited.

Legislators vow to help parish fight huge insurance increases - 505 views
