STAR STRUCK. Herald-Guide intern, Megan Waters, spotted Washington Redskins safety draft, LaRon Landry, at a Hahnville High spring football practice session and he was more than happy to ham it up for the camera along with HHS football coach Lou Valdin.

LaRon is a HHS graduate who was ranked as the No. 5 athlete in the United States and was a four-year starting safety for the Louisiana State University Tigers.
