From one basketball ‘all-star’ to another ...
St. Charles Parish recreational all-star basketball player Semaj Lewis congratulates one of his all-time basketball idols - LA Lakers guard Kobe Bryant.

Kobe returned the congrats to Lewis and his 8-year-old recreation basketball team for winning the state and national title in their division.

Bryant became the second player in NBA history to score 50 points in a game in a four-game streak.

The Lakers defeated the New Orleans Hornets March 23 in the New Orleans Arena - that’s where they met!
