Man suspected of indecent behavior with a juvenile arrested Tuesday night
A man who was wanted by the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office on the accusation of indecent behavior with a juvenile was arrested Tuesday night (Oct. 10).

Kim Smith Jr., 27, was apprehended after police searched the Bayou Gauche area. The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office had requested on its Facebook page Tuesday that Smith was wanted by police and that anyone with information on Smith’s whereabouts should contact detectives.

Smith is being held at Nelson Coleman Correctional Facility on a $105,000 bond. He has also been charged with computer solicitation of a minor age 13-17, resisting an officer and resisting an officer by flight.
