Humane Society Pet of the Week: Fitz
This week's St. Charles Humane Society's showcase pet is Fitz.

“Fitz is a male cat that is so very lovable. His family was unable to keep him and now he is looking for a furr-ever home. Fitz is very laid back and a perfect lap cat to have and to love forever. Those pretty green eyes will melt your heart because Fitz is the perfect cat, ” said Jackie Boudreaux, president of the Humane Society.

All adoption of cats is currently at $10 due to an increase of intakes at the shelter.

The shelter is at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling. It is open Monday - Friday and on Saturdays 8 a.m. - Noon. Save a Life. Adopt a Pet.

For more information on pet adoptions, call (985) 783-5010.
