Mimosa Park students celebrated the eclipse
More than 400 first- and second-graders at Mimosa Park Elementary spent time learning about Monday's solar eclipse.

Teacher Stacy Louviere’s first-grade class learned about the solar eclipse and enjoyed moon pies as they learned about the solar event.

Each class did assorted activities and watched the eclipse on the computers in the classrooms.
