DWI

Matthew Hardy, 31, of 3029 Highland Rd. Apt. 4, was arrested on March 19 for D.W.I., Careless Operation.

Warren Basco, 37, of 10 A Burns Rd. Mora was arrested on March 13 for D.W.I, reckless operation, simple battery, possession of crack cocaine and littering.

Juan Cabrera, 41, of 12 St. Carlos St. in Jefferson was arrested on March 7 for D.W.I, and reckless operation of a vehicle.

Robert Irwin, 46, of 124 S. San Francisco St., Ari., was arrested

Arrests

Tina Spurgeon, 39, of 142 Nicholls St. in Hahnville was arrested on March 13 for attempted possession of crack cocaine.

John Gilbeaux Jr., 28, of 254 Dianne Dr. in St. Rose was arrested on March 13 for the possession of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and introduction of contraband into a correctional center.

Robert Byrd, 33, of 1036 U.S. 61 in St. Rose was arrested on March 13 for the possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Tina Marse, 48, of 14051 LA 631 in Des Allemands was arrested on March 13 for the possession of crack cocaine and 2 attachments.

Steve Hill Jr., 48, of 1872 Paul Maillard Rd in Boutte was arrested on March 13 for the possession of crack cocaine and obstruction of Justice.

James Akins, 20, of 736 Colonial Club Dr. in Harahan was arrested on March 13 for burglary and fugitive PD.

Steven Washington, 40, of 200 Brooklyn St. in Luling was arrested on March 13 for the possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and darvocet and had a suspended drivers license.

Shaine Ahysen, 19, of 417 Dandelion Dr. in Waggaman was arrested on March 14 for burglary.

Mark Bailey, 33, of 212 St Charles in New Sarpy was arrested on March 14 for aggravated assault on 4 counts and disturbing the peace.

Alex Cheramie, 25, of 133 Pershing St. in Golden Meadow was arrested on March 10 for the possession of Xanax.

Theft

Two temporary trailers valued at $20,000 were stolen from 10362 U.S. 61 in St. Rose on March 13.

Assorted building material, tools and a can of paint were stolen from 131 Kennedy St. in St. Rose on March 7.

A 2004 Nissan Maxima valued at $20,000 was stolen from 22 Brandon Hall Drive in Destrehan on March 12.
