Theft
• A mountain bike, valued at $250, was reported stolen from 1337 Paul Frederick Street, Luling, LA, on March 1.

• A Playstation 2 controller, Playstation memory card, a nintendo and assorted games, valued at $530, was reported stolen from 5677 Aries St. Hahnville, LA, on March 1.

• A 1987 Toyota, valued at $2,500, was reported stolen from 1420 Paul Frederick Street, Luling, LA, on Feb. 27.

• A 2000 Honda 4 wheeler, valued at $5,000, was reported stolen from 428 Ellen Street, Ama, LA, on Feb. 26.

• A 2000 Daewood Laganza, valued at $5,000, was reported stolen from 13322 US 90, Boutte, LA, on Feb. 26.

• Assorted DVD’s, a diamond ring, two paintings, a stereo and an outboard motor, valued at $2,000, was reported stolen from 121 Lakewood Drive, Luling, LA, on Feb. 27.

• A Caw-induction hood, valued at $550, was reported stolen from 12589 US 61, Destrehan, LA, on Feb. 26.

• A tool box and assorted tools, valued at $2650, were reported stolen from 720 Prospect Ave., Norco, LA, on March 3.

• A tail gate, valued at $200, was reported stolen from 142 Edna Court, Bayou Gauche, LA, on March 4.

• A refrigerator, valued at $562, was reported stolen from 46 Carriage Lane, Destrehan, LA, on March 3.

• A PC with CD burner, a monitor, a printer, a scanner, two DVD players, and a 27” TV, total value $4100, were reported stolen from 100 Stanton Hall Drive, Destrehan, LA, on March 3.

DWI
• Leslie H. Smith, 50, of 5736 Little Cove Road, Boaz, AL, was arrested and charged with DWI, reckless operation, hit and run and running a red light at US 90 Eastbound @I-310 on March 2.

• Julius P. Desoto, 48, of 309 Mark Drive, Bayou Gauche, LA, was arrested and charged with DWI and reckless operation at Hwy. 90 & LA Hwy. 306, Paradis, LA, on Feb. 24.

• Travis N. Andrews, 20, of 303 West Harding Street, Destrehan, LA, was arrested and charged with DWI and reckless operation in the 200 Blk of Murray Hill Drive, Destrehan, LA, on Feb. 28.

• Kevin P. Benoit, 43, of 1539 St. Maria Drive, Houma, LA, was arrested and charged with DWI and reckless operation at I-310 on ramp @LA Hwy. 48, Destrehan, LA, on Feb. 28.

• Herbert J. Guerin Jr., 34, of 567 West Pine Street, Norco, LA, was arrested and charged with DWI and failure to stop at a stop sign at West B Street & Sixth Street on Feb. 27.

• Kevin C. Hauptmann, 27, of 2001 Ventura Drive, Chalmette, LA, was arrested and charged with DWI and reckless operation at LA 3127 on Feb. 24.

• Eric Robertson, 33, of 213 Annex Street, New Sarpy, LA, was arrested and charged with DWI, poss. of marijuana, failure to stop at a stop sign and SCSO attachment at LA 48 @Vans Lane, New Sarpy, LA, on Feb. 25.

• Herbert H. Thompson, 76, of 117 Cumberland Street, River Ridge, LA, was arrested and charged with DWI and reckless operation at LA 48 @Pitre Street, St. Rose, LA, on Feb. 24.

• Charles E. Holden, 48, of 3349 W. Country Club Drive, Searcy, AR, was arrested and charged with DWI and reckless operation at LA 18 @ Sugarland Pky., Hahnville, LA, on March 5.
