Learn how to make homemade spaghetti and meatballs or get a lesson in the science of cooking seafood in a St. Charles Parish Community Education class.

And Chef Ed Rhinehart’s Sensational Seafood class at Destrehan High School is a great place to start.

The deadline to register is Feb. 28 and classes begin March 12.

Class details are listed in the Community Education brochure, available at various offices and businesses around the parish, or visit www.stcharles.k12.la.us and click on the Community link.
