Thank God for that state next door
U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu, D-LA made the following statement on WWL-TV in New Orleans:
“Mississippi is actually the most corrupt state in the Union, but you never hear that..."
Okay, we concur, LA is only the SECOND most corrupt state in the Union. Wow!
Is that something to brag about?
Is that supposed to make us in LA feel better? Is that solving the problems of: Blanco's Road Home Program? The insurance crisis? The dismal public education system? Out-migration?
One can only imagine what the people of Mississippi are thinking.
