The St. Charles Council on Aging and the St. Charles Recreation Department put on the annual Young at Heart Carnival Ball on Jan. 21 at the Jerusalem Shriner’s Center in Destrehan.

At right, Milton and Kathleen Cambre were crowned as king and queen.

Below, the royal couple pose for pictures along with other court members that attended the organization’s annual Mardi Gras ball.
