Mark Scoggins loves cowboys and the Wild West, and his prize possession is a rare postcard that advertises the Wild West show that Buffalo Bill Cody took to Bologna, Italy, in 1906.

He found the postcard at an attic sale in Baton Rouge in 1997 and bought it for a dime. A collector offered him $200 for it. But Scoggins, of Paradis, says, “I wouldn’t sell it for twice that much.”
