St. Charles parish Library offers free ACT test

DESTREHAN – The St. Charles Parish Library invites students to warm up for the ACT and find out how they would score by taking a free ACT Practice Test on Saturday Aug. 16 at 9 a.m. at the East Regional Library, 160 West Campus Drive in Destrehan.
