Jala Richard, an upcoming freshman at Destrehan High School, put on quite a show at the AAU Club Championships in Orlando, Fla.

Richard, representing the St. Charles Striders, won the gold medal in the 14-year-old girls’ long jump with a mark of 18-00.75, which is her personal best.

But Richard wasn’t done. She also took home the silver medal in the triple jump with a mark of 35-08.

Richard is currently the No. 1 jumper in her age group in Louisiana and is ranked in the top 10 in the nation. At Destrehan, she plans to compete in soccer as well as track and field.
