8-year-old All-Stars finish second at state tourney

The St. Charles 8-year-old All-Stars were the state runners-up in the Louisiana Cal Ripken State Baseball Tournament held June 27-29 at the West Bank Bridge Park.

With the second place finish, the team qualified for the regional tournament, which will be held in Arkansas.
