Hahnville chain gang marches into Hall of Fame

Members are: (L-R) Roland “Goat” Champagne, Johnny Polk, Valdin, Rosco Lauve and Micky Champagne. Other members who are not pictured include Elliot “Beak” Madere, Dwayne Tregre and Glenn Verdin. Steve “Worm” Sirmon, who has passed away, was also inducted into the Friday Night Football Hall of Fame.

Hahnville’s “World Famous Chain Gang” was inducted into the Friday Night Football Hall of Fame and fomer Hahnville head coach Lou Valdin stopped by to support them.
