Parish infrastructure ‘info tour’
St. Charles Parish government will provide citizens with a behind-the-scenes look at the workings of parish infrastructure and services, including pumping stations and the new Emergency Operations Center, during its spring 2014 info tour.
New additions to the tour include a walk-through of the St. Charles Parish Animal Shelter and the new Edward A. Dufresne Community Center, available during both tours.
To reserve a spot on the info tour, call (985) 783-5182 or fill out the online form located at www.scpinfotour.org. Space is limited. Patrons should be ready to climb stairs.Transportation and breakfast will be provided.
Meetup for both tours will be at new St. Charles Parish Emergency Operations Center located at 15026 River Road in Hahnville.
