Tigers, Wildcats host top teams from area at Gerard Oubre tourney
The Destrehan and Hahnville baseball teams will host some of the top programs from around the area at the Gerard Oubre Memorial Tournament, which begins Thursday, March 20 at 4 p.m.

The Wildcats will host Jesuit, Holy Cross, Brother Martin and John Curtis at Destrehan. They will take on Jesuit at 4 p.m. on Thursday, host Holy Cross at 4 p.m. on Friday and battle Brother Martin at 3 p.m. on Saturday.

They will end the tournament by facing John Curtis at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Hahnville will also host Brother Martin, John Curtis, Holy Cross and Jesuit during the four-day tournament.

The Tigers play Brother Martin at 4 p.m. on Friday, take on John Curtis at 4 p.m. on Saturday and battle Holy Cross at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Hahnville ends the tournament on Sunday when they host Jesuit at 3 p.m.
