Police search for missing Hahnville grad
Truck found abandoned in Ponchatoula
Jonathon Gordon, a 2000 graduate of Hahnville High School, has been missing since Jan. 9. Gordon’s vehicle was located in the Ponchatoula area, but the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office could find no trace of him.
Bryan Kubelka, from Bayou Gauche, was good friends with Gordon in high school but the two lost touch in recent years.
“He was a very funny, easygoing guy in high school,” Kubelka said. “He was quiet and mischievous, like everyone we hung out with. Playing jokes on people was his thing.”
Kubelka said he was shocked when he found out Gordon was missing on Facebook.
“It’s sad I haven’t seen him in so long. I hope I get another chance,” Kubelka said.
Anyone with information regarding Gordon’s whereabouts is asked to call the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office at (985) 902-2088.
