Andrew J. Champagne Sr., 74, a native and resident of Luling, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 4.

Visitation was Saturday, Feb.  8 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Luling. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated and burial followed in St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.He is survived by his wife, Pat Champagne; sons, Eric Champagne and Andrew “Andy” Champagne Jr.; daughters, Monica Scott, Susan Pollman and Karman Champagne; brothers, Herbert, Willie, Louis and Edward Champagne; sisters Earline Champagne and Doris Bolding; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elphege and Valerie Richard Champagne; brothers, Fred and Oscar Champagne and sisters, Lucille Gaubert, Marie Gaubert and Shirley Mae Champagne.

Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
