Kent Michael Tregre Sr. was born July 21, 1952 in Luling and entered into eternal rest on Saturday, Feb. 1 at the age of 61.

He was the loving father of Orenda Tregre (companion, Carla), the late Kent Michael Tregre Jr. and Maddie Tregre.He was the son of the late Percy J. Tregre Sr. and Geraldine Brady Tregre and  brother of Glenn Tregre (wife, Gina), Wade Tregre (companion, Donna), Jill Tregre Tassin (husband, Bryant), Chris Tregre, Tammy Tregre Sassin (husband, James), Percy Tregre, Jr. (wife, Lori), Sara Tregre Richmond (husband, C. J.) and Gerald Tregre (wife, Carol) .

He was the devoted grandfather of Andrew and Alyssa Odom and Brady and Parker Tregre.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at Holy Rosary Catholic Church located at # 1 Rectory Lane in Hahnville on Monday, Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. Visitation for family and friends from 8 until 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Taft.
